Looks to me that you are missing Halo Keyboard drivers. You might need to take a look at the Halokeyboard official driver found in this page and re-install it as it says in the instructions.

I'm not sure what the cause of the problem is but can I suggest a couple of things that might be worth trying that aren't to complicated?

Have you tried installing or reinstalling the vibrator driver, checking that the new driver is actually being used.

I assume you are doing a reboot or restart before you decide it's still not working?

in Device manager - check which Halo keyboard driver is being used. The new one is 2.0.0.7, I think - the older one starts with a 1. You may need to do the install procedure then uninstall and delete the old one and reboot to get the new one working (the order is important). (It might be the same thing with the vibrator driver?)

Running sfc /SCANNOW would be harmless and may help. As I understand, it scans systems files and replaces corrupted or missing files. (I don't really hold out much hope for this as a solution, but won't hurt to try.)

If you have the new Halo driver installed then I would check that vibration is switched on in the control panel settings as well as the Halo Keyboard app that appears with the new driver. (And reboot so the system can implement the settings changes.)

.inf files are text files that are used in installing drivers and  some programs - obviously if they're corrupt when an install is attempted it may not get done properly. I suppose downloading the drivers again and retrying would be an option.

That's the best I can offer to help.

I tried what you said. Also I installed the vibratordriver manuelly. Now the mode switch button can vibrate, but the rest keyboard still can't work. When i install the keyboarddrive 2.0.7. It appears the message" The INF file you selected does not support this method of installation. Operation not allowed in WOW64. Is this why i cant make the Halo keyboard right working.

P.S the halokeyboard app appears still not in the control panel. It shows in the Deskop. And i cant control the halo keyboard with it. I can choose the voice and the vibrator. But the keyboard still dont have a voice and not vibrate.

Does this mean that you can't find the Halo Keyboard in control panel? Not under "Appearance and Personalization" category? Try searching for it in the search box in control panel and let us know if you find it.

Also go to this directory (C:\Program Files\Lenovo) and find the Halo Keyboard app. Don't forget to run it as administrator.

If nothing works, I advise you to reset your Yoga Book to factory settings. This will delete everything, installs Windows again and installs all the factory drivers as well as all the pre-installed software that came with the device. That will surely fix any driver problem you have, in case you can't find any other fix.

Solved for me. See summary post in https://forums.lenovo.com/t5/Windows-based-Tablets/Problem-with-Halo-keyboard-driver-2-0-0-7/m-p/3760366/highlight/false#M9583 (refers to entry with additional steps)

BTW LENOVO, the instructions for installing the driver and not comprehensible (poorly translated).
