Yoga 9i Came with Pen but no charger
I recently purchased a Yoga 9i that came with a pen that has a low charge. I however did not locate any charger attachments for the pen. Should it have come with? How do I charge it?

Thank you. It seems that the Yoga 9 14IRP8 (83B1) laptop does not have pen slot where you can plug in the Lenovo Precision Pen 2 for charging. As shown in the laptop's user guide (page 18), it is stated that you need to remove the pen cap then connect the charger with USB Type-C cable.

Your feedback helps us improve!Hi there,
Welcome to the community.
The Yoga 9i's pen is rechargeable and it charges when it's docked in the laptop. There's a built-in slot for the pen on the laptop itself. When you're not using the pen, you can store it in this slot, and it will charge automatically. There's no need for a separate charger.

Where is the slot for the pen? I got a Lenovo Yoga 9i 2 in 1 laptop 14.0" OLED touchscreen and can't seem to find any place for the pen to connect or store. thanks!
Hello guest41303.
Thanks for reaching out.
You may share with us here the product number that would look like 21D20000US from the sticker or Vantage app or typing sysinfo in the search box. This will help us to get more details about your machine variant.
Looking forward to your response.
