A colleague of mine from eSupport would like to gather feedback from all of your in regard to service parts/accessories and product usage in support page (http://support.lenovo.com) . Please feel free to post your comments as the person in charge will check this thread in these few weeks time.
1(a) Do you know where to find service parts and accessories compatible with your machine?
1(b) Are the parts info useful ?
2(a) Do you know where to find info/tips about product usage such as how to configure fingerprint reader software?
2(b) Are they useful?
1) You can find the service parts and accessories by navigating to Support Home Page > Product & Parts Detail
2) To find the how-to tips/info, you can navigate to Support Home Page > Diagnose and Fix > Frequently Asked Questions(FAQ)

I just want to know where I can buy an approved Lenovo FRU upgrade for my Y470 wireless card. So the answers to your questions are.

Doesn't Lenovo have a parts department? Why don't they put all the parts, for all of their machines, on the support/sale web pages.
