Even though I select the support in other languages: English, the website still shows German text for the majority of the page. Abbrechen or Absenden, I think Ab(send)en is the one I want.

I fixed your language.
For anyone else running into this problem, here is how you can fix it yourself. The trick is to know which German links to click on to change your language preference:

We live in Tenerife (Spain) and have bought a Lenovo laptop z50-75. I have been trying to change the language settings. Some things come up in Spanish, some English, some Swedish and some in German. It is my grandads computer and I have been trying to change settings but only partially successful. We are Swedish and need everything in Swedish or possibly English (UK) if necessary. plus the keybord responsiveness comes and goes at occation???
