AIO 700 glass panel removal

I cracked the 27" glass cover on my ideacentre.

Right now all I want to do is remove it.

Can anyone please assist?

I've scoured the internet and found a video of some guy using a hair dryer.....

There has to be a correct approach.

Re: AIO 700 glass panel removal

With all glass seperation repairs, it's usually with a heat gun and a suction cup. Keep in mind that a technician should be doing this, as it's pretty hard to do it without experience. You could get an entire display assembly, check eBay for some, or check out Lenovo's parts site: http://support.lenovo.com/fr/en/partslookup

Re: AIO 700 glass panel removal

Thank you Eric for taking your time to answer my post.

After looking at it it appeared to involve a heat gun.

Your right - I need to let someone qualified to replace it.

Mike
