I' ve uninstall Ubuntu from Windows and then I removed ubuntu froom /Boot folder. I didn't know that there are some issues with saving in bios etc. Now I can't boot from usb, my bios don't save anything but I still can run Windows from boot manager. What can I do to fix this?

Dear Friend, now that you've deleted ubuntu, things are a bit more complicated.
Unfortunately, from Windows you can not solve the problem.
There is a complicated procedure, but you have to create a usb stick that is bootable by UEFI.
So install Ubuntu again.
Then you have to download a specific version of the Kernel ... 4.14.9..and everything is fixed.

The method described only works if you have a working OS. If you deleted your OS and iped partitions form the Hard drive you have a brick. I have a brick. Lenovo you guys should have let us be able to somehow flash bios form USB as a last resort sadly you do not allow it.
