@ThinkErEr: I appreciate that you can help me to confirm this issue very much. I'm not the only one who has this problem.
Lenovo hasn't fix the root cause of this problem. Hopefully they can face the problem.

I used to have this problem with my m900 Tiny a lot under both Linux and Windows, IIRC on the order of thousands of times per second. It was related to PCIe AER with my NVMe SSD. However, after updating both the system firmware and the ssd firmware for the Intel 600p the issue went away completely. So, the issue you are seeing might be related to the ssd firmware. If you are using a Lenovo SSD you may want to see if they have an updated firmware for it, otherwise you may want to check with the vendor of the SSD you have for an update and/or report the error to them.

My NVMe SSD is Samsung PM961 OEM for Lenovo version. There are no official samsung firmware.
Lenovo also doesn't release firmware. It looks like a dead end.
Anyway, it all depends on how Lenovo wants to do, but it makes me disappointed at Lenovo.
If intel 600P works fine, maybe this is the only way to solve this problem. Thanks for your recommend.

My NVMe SSD is Samsung SSD 950 PRO 512GB (Firmware 2B0QBXX7, which currently is the latest).

Does disabling ASPM on the systems with Samsung SSDs make the error go away?

I did find another new misfeature by Lenovo for the m900 Tiny. They changed the UEFI firmware as of 73 to automatically reset the boot order to always be Windows. So you can't boot Linux on it any longer.
It seems like the UEFI team responsible for the desktop systems is generally incompetent. smdh
CHANGES for FWKT73A - Fix the boot sequence related issue.

Apparently the underlying issue for the booting problem is that it doesn't list UEFI boot options for NVMe drives in general like it does for SATA. There is now a case open for to resolve that issue.

Lenovo released new BIOS FWKT7FA 3 days ago.
CHANGES for FWKT7FA - Add PCIE Root Port ASPM Support. - Fix some WMI issues. - Fix cannot set Discrete TPM to Active with SRWIN issue.
Not surprisingly, the WHEA logger 17 problem is still happening when wake up from sleep.
I had also tried to disable ASPM, but this has nothing to help.

The UEFI issue is a large problem. The IdeaCentre 700-25ISH uses the same BIOS update files. With a Samsung 960 EVO installed in the 16x slot, the system will not detect the drive.
It is a problem with the firmware. The system will start from the M.2 NVME drive with a UEFI emulator. It does have the WHEA 17 issue and has for every firmware version in the last 4-6 months at a minimum.
The UEFI emulator is not a solution. The system will not restart correctly. This firmware needs someone to take the time and do the job well.

I thought ASPM was a feature specific to Mobile Notebook technology to save power when a device is not needed. I looked into my bios settings and ASPM for every PCI-E lane is disabled. Should this be enabled?
Sorry not related to Lenovo tech but found this thread very interesting.
