Adding apn

Straight out of box, my new Moto e6 won't send or receive mms. I know it has to do with the apn but when I go into settings to add the correct one there isn't an option to add it. Is there a way to fix this?

Thanks for posting. Adjusting the APN settings is usually done by your carrier. Have you tried reaching them out regarding about this concern? Please update your profile with your current phone, carrier, and IMEI -- this will help me investigate. Please make sure that the options under Settings > Motorola Privacy are on as well, and let me know (just reply here) if it's okay for me to look at your apps to see if they are a source of problems.
