Touch not responding

I bought a moto e7 plus everything is fine other that this issue the touch randomly stops responding although it is random it is very irritating while gaming and the input of my touch is recognised seconds later

Hi Amal001,

I will be happy to assist you with this. Does this happen when using a specific app? Are you using a case while you are using the phone? If yes, we suggest to temporarily remove the case and test out the touch sensor. Let me know how it goes.

I have buy moto e7 plus hand set on 7/10/2020. on 9/11/2020 a problem has been arise. At the time of incoming call camera and other apps are automatically open and call auto received. I went to service center on 10/11/2020 they repair it but again the same problem has been arise. on 1/12/2020 I went to the service center again and submitted the mobile. I called your representative and she replied that their technical team not found any issue regarding this.  It is not possible for me to visit regularly to service center in this pandemic situation But the problem is not solve till now. I reset the phone and removed the screen guard but the problem is still persist.

What troubleshooting step have you done so far aside from the reset? Does the phone have a case attached?

Nothing is attached with the phone. It is a faulty set which Motorola delivered me. And now they deny to replace the set

Your representative Amrita Padhi  said over the phone that the technical team were not found any issue, they can do nothing regarding this and I have to use this faulty set . I show the fault in front of the representative of the service center. It is not possible to visit regularly to the service center in this pandemic situation.
