Network Issue.

I have purchased Moto E7 plus last month. I am having problem in data connectivity.

Whenever I try to connect data with available network it started fluctuations in connection and disconnecting.sometimes it shows connected to 4G sometime to 3G and sometimes no connection.

I have check with inserting my sim in other smartphone and my sim shows good 4G connection.but when I insert my sim in Moto E7 plus it's starting fluctuations between connection and disconnect.i can't even run 4G for even few minutes it's always disconnected very soon . I have tried it with inserting other network sim also and it shows same problems.

Please provide me solution for this problem as this smartphone is of Motorola and because of brand trust only I bought this phone.

I am sorry to know about this and thanks for letting us know. May I know which Network carriers are using? Does it usually happen at a particular location or is it like this all the time? Also, I would like you to reset the Network Settings -- Go to Settings > System > Advanced > Reset option > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth.
