volume

My volume dropped two weeks ago and is slowly getting worse. I have tried to troubleshoot and was told to contact Lenovo. I have already tried a factory reset, this did not change anything.

I definitely would like to help you with this. May we know what volume are you talking about here? Is it volume from the speaker, audio jack or bluetooth device? Have tried checking the volume after the reset when you have not yet installed any apps on the phone?

It is the speaker from the phone itself. Yes, I tried to check the volume after I did the factory reset. The volume remained the same, I have not yet reinstalled any of the apps as of yet. When I put the phone on speaker phone, it helps me hear the caller a little bit better, but even my speaker on the phone is very low.

Hi Chris t,

 

We recommend to perform a "Rescue" using the Rescue and Smart Assistant app for PC. This will flash your device to its latest software available and it will delete all data on the device.
