Tom,

I undestand you but try to understand us.

I am not an engineer but not even a total tech ignorant.

This is not a bug so why the **** I've to spend time doing a pointless thing? (and renounce to my privacy ALSO)

The phone just does not work smoother as before, all the time, it simply lags graphically, imagine it running on 30-45 fps.

And the battery drains faster, that's factual, and, in certain ranges, is even normal in all Android 11 devices compared to Android 10.

So saying: "We're unable to replicate it on our device." could not be true.

If you don't belive us just go on Reddit and search for it and you will see that we are not the only 2 who has this kind of problem.

Even on Youtube there is literally a video that shows it perfectly.

We have waited 1 year for an update who just breaks our phones.

As I said, I bought this phone for smoothness and huge battery and now I have a bad under low entry level phone performance-wise.

That is my conclusion. Rescue-Done. Wipe data-done. Disable Blur-done. In safe mode-the same thing. Background processes set to 0- same lag. Full bug report-sent. Everything else is all up to you Motorola team. Have a nice day! 

   PS (I hope my normal operation with the device will come back soon) Regards!

I think the only way to get back the performance I payed for is to root the phone and loose my warranty. By the way you have to include crappy major updates under the Warranty return conditions. The problem is with the update not with the device. I have no other explanation,because the device is running great with custom android 11 rom with blur enabled. So don't try to tell me the problem is because I did something wrong during the process. Just your update screwed the only selling point of this device which is SMOOTHNESS! And this is not happening only with this device. I had few models One Macro,G9 plus and this one and after every major update the devices are screwed up. This is just how your company works for its customers!

We are still waiting to see how it runs on "your device"? Tell me it is OK and I will make a screen shot and I will go directly to the retailer with it to replace my device with non deffective one. According to your conclusion Motorola. Because deffective software is not covered by the warranty but deffective hardware is :)
