Bluetooth not working properly and network issue

Hi, I'm viral Shah 

 

I have moto g5G. In this mobile I have Bluetooth and network issue.

 

When I'm using truly wireless earphone Bluetooth is not pair properly and not see the pair device also.

 

When I call using truly wireless earphone the Bluetooth is disconnected and after take some second then it is connected automatically.

 

In network issue.

I'm not getting full network. My network is flactuate.

I'm also complaint to service advisor they are giving me new sim card but, the problem remains same.

We would like to look into this. We would like to confirm, do you have 2 true wireless earphone where one is not being detected by the phone and the other one is disconnecting? Can you provide me the exact model of the true wireless earbuds? For network issues, please fill out this form. Please update your profile with current phone, carrier and IMEI -- this will help me investigate. Please make sure that the options under Settings > Motorola Privacy are on as well, and let me know (just reply here) if it's okay for me to look at your apps to see if they are a source of problems.

Regarding your mail dt. 24/02/21.

 

You are giving me the link for help to resolve my issue.

 

As per your instruction I am try all the step in this link including factory reset with set up the new device option but, this step cant solve my problem.

 

This issue is not solve and problem is continue after factory reset.

 

Please guide me what to do with this problem?

Please confirm, do you have 2 true wireless earphone where one is not being detected by the phone and the other one is disconnecting? How bad is the cellular signal fluctuating? Does it cause an issue on calls, text or mobile data? We checked your IMEI and the signal strength on your phone is good so far.

Hi,

 

Yes I have true wireless earphone Model No. boAt Airpodes 402.

 

Usually i use one earphone left or right earphone. But, both the earphone left or right  disconnected  and automatically connected.

 

This problem is create while i use earphone for calling purpose only. when i use this earphone for music or movie purpose that time i not getting that problem. 

 

I am using this earphone my other phone i not getting that problem.

 

For, my network issue.

 

My cellular signal is going low sometimes and sometimes its full and sometimes its average.

 

I also check the signal strength in device help option / device diagnosis / Hardware test  and its shows the signal strength is good.

 

My signal cause an issue for mobile data.

My self also has the Same issue, whenever using Right side ear bud, getting continuous disconnection.
