Hi @bhi,

It will be my pleasure to help you with this. Please provide us sample picture showing what you are describing. We would also like to know if you are using the default camera app?

Hi @bhi,

Please check if the plastic of the camera lens is removed and if there are no other coverings or dirt that is blocking the camera lens. For the camera features that are missing, we do appreciate your feedback but we can't guarantee if this will be included in future updates.

Best regards,
Zeke

Hi Zeke

There is no plastic cover over the camera as well as no dirt and nothing is blocking the camera

The issues with the camera picture quality can be resolved with an update

A slight optimization is required in software end.

A slight optimization and inclusion of EIS & AIS features will make moto g 5g at par with OnePlus Nord ,vivo v20 pro 5g and mi 10t with price much less than the above mentioned models

Thanks for confirming this. We'll share your photos and feedback with our camera team but we cannot guarantee that there would be improvements. We will let you know if we heard back from them.
