Hi Antrid39,

We checked the IMEI and the phone is on a latest update available. The next update should be Android R with a newer security patch. I apologize if this is taking too long but we are working hard to get this released as soon as possible.

Best regards,

Is there a deadline for next update or there's no time plan for that? Thanks anyway for your answers

Unfortunately, we do not have any timing information on the update.
