Display phone content by File Explorer on Win10Pro x64 (USB cable connection)

2021-05-08, 13:49 PM

This is a hit & miss affair, sometimes it works and other times brings forth the Moto icon and nothing else, just an empty page.

I find this very annoying, what could be causing this?

Your help will be very much appreciated, thanks.

Hi Gramps33

Thanks for the post. When you connect your phone to your PC via USB cable, do you see an option for File Transfer? Swipe down the notification on your phone and select File Transfer.

Best regards,
