Message persist too long

2021-05-17, 18:18 PM

Messages like "Turbo power connected.", black text in a round ended box, stay on the screen too long, blocking or at least obscuring controls I wish to use. It is my fault as I changed it because messages that appeared while driving did not stay long enough. I don't like to take my eyes off the road long enough to read a long messages at one glance so I lengthened the persistence. But **Edited: due to site rules violation -preferred language -Rich** if I can find it now.

Thanks for reading my whine,

John

Hi John,

Are you taking about the message on the bottom? You can simply turn it off in the Settings.

1. Go to Settings
2. Tap Accessibility > Time to take action (Accessibility timeout)
3. Choose your preferred timeout: Default, 10 seconds, 30 seconds, 1 minute, or 2 minutes

Best regards,
Rich
