I understand your disappointment, and apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused you. I will try my best to help you with this.
Please answer a few questions to help us identify and replicate the issue.
- When you see that the phone does not have signal bars, is this mostly happening when you're at home?
- Have you tried restarting your Wi-Fi router and allow it to reconnect to the network?
- Did you also forget the Wi-Fi network on your phone then try to reconnect?
- Can you also confirm if you have CDMA-less provisioning added to your Verizon account?
