Phone received GSM, not CDMA-Can I return?

2020-05-08, 19:27 PM
I bought 2-different Moto phones in the past, both CDMA which was necessary to continue my service with Boost. Now I purchased 2-Moto phones that I found were GSM when I tried to activate on Boost. Can I return this phone and another I bought at the same time for a full refund? What would be good for me is to then buy the phones from Boost in installments 20% less than Motorola!

Hi midsomer17,

Thanks for posting your concern. May I know where did you purchase the device? If you are near within the 14-day return period then you can still return the device for a full refund.

Please update your profile with current phone, carrier and IMEI, this will help me investigate. Please make sure that the options under Settings > Motorola Privacy are on as well, and let me know (just reply here) if it's okay for me to look at your apps to see if they are a source of problems.

Need help updating your profile? See here.

Best regards,
