No, this is the second one. I contacted today the Motorola support desk. They provided me with a rescue program which I have loaded onto my PC. This should flash my mobile with the newest software. 

Let's see what this will bring.

Today I received April 1st security update. NFC is working fine after update on a repaired phone.

Bad News, also completing the flashing process (see my previous message) - NFC still not working. I use my old Moto G7 currently. There everything works fine....

How rescue program? 

That's a program I received from Motorola support. It resets your mobile by flashing it.

But doesn't help. I will send the Moto G pro back to the repair shop.

Will provide result when I do have my mobile back.

We don't allow posting codes to hidden menus. Changes in these menus can cause issues with phones. -Mary

Just adding another voice onto the pile of those with faulty NFC on the Moto g Pro.

Had phone sometime but never used the NFC until about January 2021 and it worked for a few weeks then I had issue with it not working at one shop couple hours later worked at another shop and that was the last time it has ever worked. 

Just run the Lenovo rescue software and it checks the various hardware parts of the phone oddly though not sure if should be there or not there is no test for the NFC part of the phone.
