Internet does not work while calling

Hi everybody,

when I start a phone call with Moto g30, the network switches automatically from 4G to 2G and I can't surf the net during the call.

I tried both "4G calling" on or off in phone settings, but the behavior is the same.

Previously I had got a Sony Xperia XZ1 and the same carrier and I hadn't this problem

Welcome to Motorola forums and thank you for taking the time to post. I will try my best to help you with this.  Could you let us know have you tried to check with your Network provider? If not can you please check and let us know. Meanwhile, please update your profile with your current phone, carrier, and serial number -- this will help me investigate. Please make sure that the options under Settings > Motorola Privacy are on as well, and let me know (just reply here) if it's okay for me to look at your apps to see if they are a source of problems.

I asked my carrier. Unfortunately, it is not possible to call and surf the net at the same time
