Software issue

Hey!

Can someone explain why i am not able to access the quick setting toggles in landscape mode in my Moto G30

Hello and thanks for reaching out to us. This is quite strange. Does this always happen in landscape? Does it matter which application you're in? I'll be honest, I'm unable to duplicate this behaviour on mine.

It happens frequently and it doesn't matter which application i use. But after a reboot it stops happening for sometime but after few hours the same problem comes 🥺🥺🥺....

 

Here's the IMEI number : ***removed***

Thanks for the additional info. The next time it happens, can you capture a video and a bug report and then share them with me? I'd like to have some people on my end take a look.

 

Bug Report Steps.

1. Go to Settings -> About Phone -> Tap on Build number 7 times on the build number to go into the developer options mode]
2. After the above steps Developer options will be enabled.
3. Go to Settings ->System -> Advanced -> Developer options -> Enable USB debugging > Toggle On
4. Enable Settings -> System -> Advanced -> Developer options -> Enable Bug Report shortcut > Toggle On
5. Once the issue is reproduced, Go to Settings -> System -> Advanced -> Developer options -> Click on take bug report or Press Power button and then choose Bug Report from the Power-down menu.
6. Wait for some time until the bug report is collected. It takes around 3 to 4 minutes to collect the Bug Report.
7. Then upload the BugReport to your personal Google Drive and then share the link to the bug report on the forums in a reply.
8. Provide observations of what you saw happen right before the bug report was taken. Please indicate the time that you observed the behavior in local time.

It looks like this potentially might be caused by having low internal storage. It appears you have approximately 20% free. Can you try freeing up at least 30% to see if the issue persists? If after cleaning up the storage you're still having this happen, can you generate a new bug report at that point?
