I have Moto G54 with all latest updates and 5g ( till 24 Dec 2023 ) and 5g enabled in settings. It does show 5g on top when using internet but when I went to claim unlimited 5g data offer of Airtel it had first showed me device is not 5g supported. Then after some time it went through but now there is a different error that still doesn't let me claim the offer. The model is also not listed in Airtel 5g supported device list as well. Please solve the issue.

Sir this problem is on all moto G54 devices using airtel and not just my personal problem. It is not the duty of customers to solve such issues. Airtel is second biggest telecom company in India and hence this is a major issue. I request moto to solve this issue instead of asking customers to contact service providers. Thankyou.
