Video quality issue

Hi ,I have bought Moto g60 mobile yesterday while making video calls video quality is very poor and when I open the settings app and checked about battery it is shown as last full charge 123 days ago

This sounds inconvenient on your part that the video quality is poor and the battery is showing different information. We'll try our best to help.


Can you share with us a sample video showing that the quality is poor?

Regarding your phone's battery usage. Can you share with us a screenshot showing the last full charge of 123 days ago?

Would you please update your profile with your current phone, carrier, and serial number? It will help me investigate. Please make sure that the options under Settings > Motorola Privacy are on as well. Let me know (just reply here) if it's okay for me to look at your apps to see if they are a source of problems.
