Hi,

 

Thank you! I was checking the serial number but my system shows me different information. Your device is g7 play XT1952-6 (MetroPCS). According to my system, the device is G7 power XT1955-2 and is on Android 10 already. Would you mind double-checking the IMEI?

Oh, that's weird. I'm pretty sure my device it's a g7 play MetroPCS. How can I check the correct IMEI? The one in the box? The one in the back of the device? Or the one in the system?

Hi,

 

The IMEI has to be the same in the box, back of the device, and system. Also, if you have the proof of purchase you will see the IMEI there too. Can you please try to take a screenshot from the system update screen? 

 

Menu>Settings>System>Advance>System updates.
