Thank you, I performed your request and will report back. Just so everyone knows for me the app just plainly was named "Digital Secure".

I am also experiencing the same issue, I needed to restore my phone due to the home screen freezing and crashing, and now ever since then all my apps have been minimizing, I even tried to system restore it one more time and I am still having the same result.

Hi,

Thanks everyone for tying our suggestions. Let's keep monitoring this. Keep the Digital Secure app disabled, observe within 24-48 hours and report back to me so I can provide the feedback to the team. I hope that solves this. We're getting into the root cause.

Best regards,
Rich

Unfortunately the minimising episodes are still happened for my wife and I after the disabling. maybe a little less but still happens at random moments. On my phone I even tried turning off the battery optimization and it didn't seem to help.

Thank you all for your cooperation. I have those details on tracked.

I have another thing we can try. If you have these following apps, kindly do uninstall and disable them as well. Like the one we did for Digital Secure/Verizon Security & Privacy.

1. Verizon App Manager

2. My Verizon Services

Please confirm if that fixes it. Thanks.

Best regards,
