Hi Tiagobialm,

Thanks for updating your profile. I checked this but I can't confirm if other apps are causing this and I haven't heard of this report on other carrier. Make sure all apps are up to date in Play Store. And try observing this behavior while the phone is in safemode.

To Enable Safe Mode
1. Press and hold the Power button until Power off comes up on the screen.
2. Touch and HOLD Power off on the screen until reboot to safe mode appears.
Just turn off and on the phone to boot back to normal mode.

Please let me know how it goes. Thanks.

Best regards,
Rich

Hi Tiagobial,

Thank you for trying my suggestions. At this point, it will the best if we try doing factory data reset. Backup your important files, but don't restore them. It is important to test this without any third-party apps/files reinstalled. Observe if it will no longer happen with Google Maps and Youtube.

Settings > System > Reset Options > Factory Data Reset

Please let me know how it goes. Thanks!

Hi Tiagobial,

Thanks for your reply. I understand that, however, an update shouldn't cause like this. If you meant an update with the apps, you can try uninstalling the updates in the Settings > Apps & notification > See all > Name of the app > Tap 3 vertical dots > Uninstall update. But I would still suggest doing factory data reset in this case.
