Battery fully charged sound missing

2021-04-12, 4:03 AM

The sound which used to notify me, when battery is fully charged is suddenly missing. I can still hear the sound when the phone starts charging, but when is 100% charged nothing happens. Any ideas?

Hi Zbigo

Thanks for the details. Can you please try doing reset app preferences? Go to Settings > Apps & notification > see all > Tap 3 vertical dots on top > Show System > Tap 3 vertical dots on top > Reset App preferences. Once done, restart your phone and see if it's still the same. You can try third-party apps in Play Store, but we can't guarantee anything.

Best regards,

Hi Zbigo

Thanks for posting. I actually haven't noticed that. Were you getting full charge sound/notification in lock screen and home screen?

Hi Zbigo

Thanks for confirming. When did you start noticing this? Also, I would like to make sure, was there a setting before where you can adjust this sound? Is your phone in silent mode or ringing mode? I guess the sound will depend on those. Also, try rebooting/restarting the phone.

I start noticing this about a month ago. I didn't change any settings and the battery sound is still on. I can hear the bell when the phone starts charging, but there is no sound when the battery is 100% full. My phone is always in ringing mode and I restarted is several times. It's not a big deal, just tell me is it safe to install 2rd party app. from the Play store which handle battery sound? Kind regards.
