Hi Airwolf1980,
Thanks for updating your profile, you may try resetting your APN settings (Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile network > Advanced > Access Point Names > Tap the three dots in the top right corner > Reset to default). Can you also confirm my question above? Thanks.
Best regards,
Rich

Hi Airwolf1980,
Can you send and receive MMS/Picture messages?
I'd like to check your carrier. Can you please update your profile with the current phone, carrier and serial number -- this will help me investigate. Please make sure that the options under Settings > System > Motorola Privacy are on as well, and let me know (just reply here) if it's okay for me to look at your check-in data to see if they are a source of problems.
See here for the instruction.
Best regards,
Rich

RYou can look at my check in data. I reset APN. Will check by testing a group text.

Hi Airwolf1980,
I checked your data-check-in, it looks like you have a normal network signal strength. I wouldn't go farther than that as at this moment I'm not suspecting any apps that could cause what's happening. Please let me know how it goes after resetting the APN settings. Thanks!

Rich

I think resetting the APN did it. Messages that wouldn't download have downloaded. So if it happens again, I'll first reset the APN. Thanks and hope the is the last of the problems.
