Presuming you have done all the usual steps including checking with AT&T.  What build are you on?  A number of users, including myself, were having trouble getting LTE with the latest builds.

Yes I have gone through ATT and Motorola. Motorola Tech support indicated it may be the SIM card so ill try that first. Thanks for the reply!

Did you purchase this G7 direct from Motorola or a local retailer like Best Buy or ATT store?

BestBuy. Motorola support told me I had 3 options. Return/replace at Bestbuy, return/replace direct to Motorola, try a new SIM card. So I will try a new SIM card and see if that fixes it. If not I'll head to Bestbuy.

I was just making sure it was not an overseas phone.

Yes, try another sim card especially if you have an older one for a while. Also have ATT check that phone is provisioned properly for LTE. If you can find a corporate ATT store (not an authorized dealer) they are usually much better at getting to the bottom of service issues.

Same problem here. I got the G7 Power from Bestbuy. I also bought a new ATT Prepaid Sim from BestBuy. Activated service and it is stuck in HSPA+. No LTE. I live in Greater Boston area so ATT LTE is everywhere.
