Loud speaker not working G7 power

Hi team, moto G7 power with speaker issues. Very very quiet. Have backed and done factory reset. Hardware test and tried multiple sources of media to test. Still not working. Phone still in warranty how do I proceed to getting this repaired/replaced Thanks for your time

Hi Kken,

 

Thanks for posting, sorry to know about this, If it persists even after exhausting all possible troubleshooting steps up to and including factory data reset, then, repair is your only real option . You may check and visit this link for your repair/replacement options. Just a heads up, there will be a physical damage fee.

Hi.

 

I apologize for the misinformation. Initially there's no physical damage fee when you submit the device for warranty repair/replacement. The technician/warehouse will evaluate the device and check for any physical damage before subjecting you to pay for a physical damage fee. Otherwise, you can claim your warranty without paying for a physical damage fee.
