Yes, I am. Android 10 and security patch 1st April. My guess is it's taken so long to get the Android 10 rolled out that they haven't managed to apply the patches as well.

Rolling out patches is a very complex business. Informative piece here on the subject:

I hope that the security patches aren't carrier specific in any way.  My service provider is an MVNO and currently runs on the EE network.  Early next year, they plan to change to the Vodafone network as their carrier.

I believe carriers do affect rollout of patches but don't think it matters if MNO or MVNO as I often see reports from MVNO subscribers getting updates first ...

Sorry, I wasn't clear.  The content of the security roll out was the point I was questioning.

I would imagine the MVNO would take all that into account, changes are afoot across the board with 2G phasing out, 5G coverage and voice over LTE.
Besides, your changeover is months away, many security patches between now and then (ever the optimist).

Today I saw a pig fly past my window.

Oh no, it was a plastic pig (Reliant) driving past.

As a newly qualified graduate, my ride was a Reliant Regal van, like theirs, but blue.  Great for climbing hills in the Yorkshire Dales!
