Thanks. I can't use my data. And Straight Talk is beating around the bush. Since the 3rd of September... Internet extremely quick to lose signal. I've tried everything except putting a APN in or testing my sim. My signal bar has a small x lower right corner most of the time.

No steady network since September 3. I have Straight Talk. Ugh. So same questions repeatedly but no fix. I've tried everything. Do I need to go down to 3G? Or put in an APN?

Thank you for reachin us out for support. I understand you are having issues with mobile network, so I would like know, have you reported this to your carrier? I recommend you to try another SIM card on your device and to complete these steps: Go to Settings> Internet & networks> Touch Mobile networks> APNs or Access point names> Touch the three dots in the upper right> and select Reset to default. Then restart the device normally.
