I'm on Metro for the moment and still no February security patch or Android 10 update.

Moto G7 Power (XT1955-4) stuck on August 2019 security updates

My Moto G7 Power is stuck on August 2019 security updates. It updated up to that point flawlessly - I had the phone from June 2019. I tried going through with Lenovo Moto Smart Assistant, but it says the same thing as the phone, that I'm on the newest update available, even though there's apparently at least December 2019 update according to: https://support.motorola.com/us/en/products/cell-phones/moto-g-family/moto-g7-power/documents/MS147252

 

Also the LMSA tool cannot flash the phone at all, when I get to recovery it says, it's an unsupported device, even though it recognises the model number.

Hi Majlen,

 

Can you please update your profile with the current phone, carrier and serial number -- this will help me investigate. Please make sure that the options under Settings > System > Motorola Privacy are on as well, and let me know (just reply here) if it's okay for me to look at your check-in data to see if they are a source of problems.
