Need help finding the original (signed) firmware for my Moto G7 Power - (ocean XT1955-4)

2021-03-01, 21:03 PM

I have voided my warranty. I want to go back to stock (on stock but can't relock my bootloader, though).

I know it's my fault for voiding warranty but I am now finding it impossible to relock the bootloader of my phone without needing a signed or secure image. I'm aware Motorola/Lenovo don't release these, so I'm at a loss as for what to do.

Please let me know if you have any suggestions, or if it's a lost cause.

Also, let me know if I need to include any logs/info and I'll try and get back to you as soon as I can.

thanks :)

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out, Unfortunately, we don't generally support relocking bootloader, but let's see if other users will help us with this. I'm also going to move your topic to the MOTOROLA Android Developer Community
