Stolen Moto G7 wont turn on

Hi! A couple week ago my cellphone was stolen and yesterday I was able to get it back but when I turned it on the screen appared as if they tried to flash it. The screen shows this message

 

AP Fastboot Flash Mode (Secure)
No Bootable a/b slot
Failed to boot Linux, failling back to fast boot
Fastboot Reason: Fall-through from normal boot mode

An on the Switch Tool Mode says

Hi Aurorisha,

 

I'm glad you've got your phone back. Let me help you with this. You can try flashing the phone using LMSA. See if that helps.
