Stuck on Black Screen

2021-09-14, 23:21 PM

I've had this Moto G7 for a while now and this is problem has happened quite a few times where the system will crash and you'll get stuck on a black screen. Usually you can force a reset and the phone will turn back on but I can't get it back on this time. It vibrates like it's turning on when you hold down the power button but won't come off the black screen. I left it plugged in for three hours before attempting again so battery shouldn't be an issue. What do I do?

Hi,

I am sorry you are having an issue with the screen. You are saying this happens not all the time. However, now you are not able to get rid of the blank screen.

In this case, you can try pressing the volume down key and power key when the device is connected to the charge until you see the Motorola Logo. If the device does not allow you to get in, you need to contact us to hear the repair process.
