Swollen Battery

2020-03-17, 20:26 PM

I dropped my G7 and apparently the battery swelled up.  I pushed the screen up out of its seat.  The phone still works fine.  Can the battery be replaced and the phone be returned to service?

I ordered a new battery and removal kit from Injured Gadgets.  Heat gun and torx driver from Home Depot.  Fixed it myself!

Becky,

The correct IMEI is removed.  Also, I was mistaken, the phone was purchased less than one year ago-still under warranty!

Aloha,

removed

Hi Booboo5

Sorry to hear it happened again and it saddens me to hear that, but at this point it would be the best if you will send the device for repair. In case you change your mind, just post back and we're here to help. Thank you.

Best regards,
Rich
