I am not even able to +Add my Stuff.  I had able (10) devices already regiserd from the past year or so and i deleted all the devices and now that it's empty.  I spoke to support and there is a trouble ticket out for this.  Then I received an email yesterday asking for my proof of purchase because my device is showing up as NO WARRANTY on Support's end, i still am unable to +ADD My New Moto G7.  I did send in my box label and my proof of purchase, so we'll see what happens.  I DID tell the Support Rep that it probably is reading NO WARRATY because i already Unlocked the Boot Loader.  She stil asked for the proof of purchase so i sent it...

i've tried registering my g7 play, but it wouldnt accept it.. i also did fill out the lenovo contact assistance web form, but so far no one has responded or added/registered my mobile.

id like to register my device because i'd love to be part of the MFN program

Yes that serial is correct, if you could update my lenovo profile and get my device added that would be great. (ive also pm'ed you)

weird thing is when i use the moto help app on the phone and check the warranty status...it says its out of warranty.

or even the warranty status look up on the web page
