Hi,

 

Can you check the region settings for Google Play Store? Open Google Play Store > Menu (3 horizontal lines on left top of the screen) > Account > Country and profile. Please make sure you have your correct country there. Let me know. Thanks.

When I add my imei number it says invalid, I bought from Lenovo / Digital River, any help as have a major fault with my phone,

Thanks for reporting. I'd like to help. Please use and fill out the form I provided on this thread and we'll check this. Also, please update your profile with the current phone, carrier and serial number -- this will help me investigate. Please make sure that the options under Settings > System > Motorola Privacy are on as well, and let me know (just reply here) if it's okay for me to look at your software details to see if they are a source of problems.

Unable to register new Moto G7 Plus

I tried several time to register my new Moto G7 Plus phone online using both my IMEI and serial numbers with no luck. I submitted a form online with all the required information and have still not heard back from anyone. I need help in getting my phone registered. Thank you.
