Re: Does anyone have 4G LTE on Verizon with a Moto G7?

Where in N. Ala?

Huntsville/Madison? Decatur? Athens?

Family has a G7 Power on a Verizon MVNO (TW) and hasn't complained (once the initial issues with the APN were resolved). I don't know of a speed test being run but no complaints from them. It's used in all 3 areas mentioned daily.

Have you used an app to see what bands you are using? 4, 13, or one if the newer ones? I'm usually on 4 in the area (E4 plus). But have occasionally seen 2 and some others in Huntsville.

Just an update,

I tried a different Moto G7, swapped my SIM card to it and the exact same issue.

So, either it's all these phones or something with  Verizon.

Re: Does anyone have 4G LTE on Verizon with a Moto G7?

Dog -  This is at the north entrance of Redstone Arsenal.  I get 1 up / 0 down usually, but today I got 1 up and 30 down... So it's pretty weak there.  In Decatur, I just got 1.1 down and 3 up.  The cell info says I am on band 66 with a RSRP of -118 dBm.  The local Verizon store said that slow speeds here can be expected compared to Birmingham.   I just installed the app to check the tower info and will find that out tomorrow.
