Moto g7 power - US version
Carrier - T-Mobile
Is anyone experiencing weak signal reception / sudden drop reception where you normally get good reception..my 4 year old Samsung j7 got better reception even inside some buildings... I don't know if it's the phone ( poor antenna ) or if it's TMobile network ??.
Replaced sim , did network reset 2 times.
Apparently after reading comments on this forum there seems to be a lot of issues with this.. hope Motorola is working on a fix / update

So... looks like you are unable to resolve this, huh?
Users should be able to receive calls while wifi is active.
You keep asking for details and asking ppl to change sims, but this is more than a month now.
Looks to me like we bought a lemon, folks.
That battery was dope, but if I can't get or make fuxxin calls, it's not a phone.
I'm still within warranty.
I'll check back within the next couple of days. If you haven't posted a fix, I'm getting my money back.
P.S. anyone else having trouble getting all their contacts over from old phone?

Can you please share me your location when it happens? Also, please make sure you have your profile up to date with your IMEI, carrier, and phone. I will ask around and see what else we can try regarding this. This one is odd, and I can't think of anything else we can try. Instruction on how to update your profile is on my previous reply. Thanks.
Edit: Kindly send me a private message of your location

Keep losing call connection from out of state calls.. it doesn't matter if I call or if I receive a call.. I'll have 4 bars lte then it'll drop to 1-2 bars in the middle of call and disconnect.. how can you go from 4bars to suddenly 1-2 in the middle of a call ??.. tired of hearing ..replace simcard, restart phone ,etc,etc,etc.. I think Motorola pushed out a lemon
