Moto G8 Power Bluetooth audio issues

I received my G8 power yesterday, have been experiencing this issue since receiving it as well. Most of the time there's heavy interference, then no sound,  then my headphones disconnect. To connect the headphones again I have to power them off and on again. Often after the headphones disconnect, the wifi also disconnects. The issue occurs most often when I'm using my wifi, when downloading, using youtube, etc. But sometimes the headphones also disconnect when just using Spotify. I've tried repairing multiple times, reset my network settings, and restarted the phone. nothing seems to work. Since this issue has been present since receiving the phone, I don't think a factory reset will fix anything. The headphones I'm using are Sony WH-1000XM3. I've used these headphones for a long time, never had any issues with them. Other Bluetooth devices where the same issues appeared are Sony MDR-ZX330bt, Sony SRS X2, and stereoboomm 500.

Hi Parmil,

 

Thanks for posting your concern. When you are using Spotify only, is that on offline mode when the Bluetooth connection? How often does this happen? I would like to know if you are experiencing the same issues here on this post. Please update your profile with current phone, carrier and serial number -- this will help me investigate. Please make sure that the options under Settings > Motorola Privacy are on as well, and let me know (just reply here) if it's okay for me to look at your apps to see if they are a source of problems.
