Hello, and sorry for the delay in getting a response back to you. In our testing, we are getting a full charge in about 3 hours. Keep in mind, this is under optimal charging conditions. There are things that will make charging the phone take longer, things heat due to background apps, data usage, cell signal or even environmental heat. If you'd like us to look into your report further let me know and I'll see what we can do.

in box charger came 20w rating :- 5v , 3A ----> it take 1.67 ideally to charge full 5000mah battery. 10, 2a ---> it take 2.3 hrs to charge. 12v, 1.67A --> it take 2.8 hrs to charge . either motorola charger working in 12v 1.67A that's why charging time is more.

I'm sad to see you're unhappy with your device. It's normal for the device to slow down the charging speed as the battery is getting full. Also, things like background apps and the signal can also cause a drain, which would extend the length as well. Did it actually take the additional 40 minutes to charge the phone fully?

While I can't promise any changes will be made for the charging speed, I will be sure to pass the feedback along on my end. I would recommend putting it on the charger before going to bed so you wake up to a fully charged device.

Hello, If it's ok with you, I'd like to take a look at some things from my end. Can you update your forum profile with the current IMEI or SN from your device?
