Thanks for the additional video. I added it to the existing ticket with our engineers. I'm sorry I don't have any updates yet from the engineering team investigating. In fact, I just escalated the case again.

Request for replacement again maybe this time right technician we arrive and understand the problem.

 

In my case request is approved and is processed for replacement

Hold on on requesting a replacement. Can you check to see if you have any software updates available for you phone? If so, please download the update and see if the touch response is better. We are working to get an update out with improvements for the touch response on the edge 20. Let me know.

Touch didnt respond on some points on display randomly

I am facing touch issue as edge 20 didn't capture touch inputs properly. It happens randomly. I don't know what causing this issue, hardware or software.

 

 

Cant even return it now , as returning period expired

This is strange that the phone doesn't capture touch inputs. We'll try our best to help. We'd like to ask a few questions to isolate the concern.

 

  • Does this happen to all apps?
  • Does this happen after an update?
  • Have you tried to restart the phone and see if it has the same thing?
  • Is your device set to 144hz mode?
