Are there any good screen protectors?

2020-07-04, 16:25 PM

I tried the Zagg film it peeled up in a couple of days.  I also tried the Pulen from Amazon. The fingerprint works about 1 in a hundred times, the side quick access does not work at all and the screen touches near the edge work about 50% of the time.

Hi.

That's too bad -- we are high on the Zagg film and it's generally considered top-of-line.

Were there issues keeping it on with the curved screen? I know that initial application is key; once some dust gets in there they can go fast.

Matt,

The Zagg file is fine until you try to put on a protective case.  Once you do that the edges start to peel up.

Verizon sells a black case that comes with two Zagg stile screen protectors, and they are much better than Zagg. My Zagg refused to stay on after a few days, so I tried these out and loved it. They are the blue light screen protectors included in the Verizon branded black polycarbonate case

I had heard that the physical screen protectors weren't good at staying on.  While looking for one I found a site that had a liquid a screen protector.  So ordered it.  Following instructions put a few drops and rub it all over let it dry.  Buff it out after 15/20 minutes and I will say it is invisible and it certainly made my screen scratch-free and seem to be and had higher clarity.  I would highly recommend it over the fixed screen that is pronto lifting at the edges.

I found it at www.7techshop.com  It comes with enough to apply a couple of time

I noticed it is more responsive and less prone to fingerprints.  No, it doesn't make it shatterproof.  Didn't have the issue of having the tiny bubbles from traditional protectors.
