Random Reboots

Hi all,

 

Wondering if anyone's experienced random reboots on the Edge+ recently?

 

It seems to happen about once/twice per day, usually when I'm in the middle of something :)

Random reboots started a few days ago, and just looked and noticed there was a Configuration Update dated 7/29.. not sure if it's coincidental, but just putting it out there...

Oh well... guess I've got a defective unit.

Glad it's still somewhat new and under warranty.

Time for a return!

I had the same problem.

I had such a weirdness for about a week, but now it works fine ...

It's not clear what the problem is

Highly unusual to see this -- are you seeing a full reboot, where it goes through all the startup activity?

 

I'd like to take a look at the check-in data we can see from our end, if you don't mind. Please update your profile with current phone, carrier and serial number -- this will help me investigate. \

  • Please make sure that the options under Settings > Motorola Privacy are on as well.
