Thanks for those who haven't gone through service or had their devices exchanged, if the phone is still usable I'd like to see if the next software update has some additional improvements. Otherwise you can always look into getting your device replaced.

Ok.. well I turned off my device for 2 hours as you asked an no change. If is just a software issue I'm fine waiting it out but I don't want to be stuck with a bad phone.

I got the update at 1am BST for my Edge, and... I'm gobsmacked that it's actually worked! I still have a few days in report the phone faulty if need be, but THIS is the phone I wanted!

My friend is starting to have the green tint issue after a couple of days. When he first started up the phone he did all the updates and the last one was the May security patch with Display Performance improvements.  After using it a couple of days the screen started getting green so the update didn't prevent his screen from going green. The phone was bought from Amazon Spain, reteu.

Have them check which software build they are on. This goes for everyone with the motorola edge. If you're on QPD30.70-58 or a newer build and encounter the issue with the display then I would recommend having the device exchanged for repaired.
