Thanks for replying! I read somewhere on this forum that newer models have been improved and have a higher chance of working properly. If that's so Best Buy probably has an old stock. I rather work with you guys directly. I really hope the issue gets fixed I love the phone so much I'm ashamed.

Hi, I have owned the device for 3 days and doing a test, I also detect the defect of the green on a gray background.  Should I make a return? how can motorola help me?

I sent her a message as well, hopefully we can work something out. I called customer service yesterday, they told me to return the device to best buy. They explained the replacement process but I didn't find it very accommodating...

Good morning I just got a moto edge and it has a green trying to the screen at lower brightness but the bigger problem was the purple halos that developed on the side.

I was wondering what I can do to get a replacement if there is not a fix.

I'm also starting to notice some green tinting on the sides on a gray screen. My brightness is around 25% in the photo. Manufacturing date is 2020-7-19. Bought the phone off Amazon
