Yesterday I was informed that they are going to refund me.

The device isn't repairable. They also cannot replace it.

I'm pretty frustrated. I really liked this  phone. For the first time I am going to buy a device from another company.

Same as they told me. 2 weeks later phone came back repaired. Refund was never found between Motorola or O2 so don`t think they ever paid it.

Hello, just an FYI, I have kept escalating this from my end. The UK service team has definitely been in contact with O2 regarding your refund. The refund was sent to O2 back when you were originally told that we did. I apologize for the issues you've had getting the refund. That being said, they did reach back out to O2 once again, and they advised that someone from O2 should be contacting you soon regarding the refund. There might be some delays with the holiday so please keep that in mind. That being said, if you continue to have issues, please send me a private message as the thread topic is about the screen issues. I don't want this conversation to take cloud the topic. Please don't take that as I'm trying to hide your experience. If you don't want to send me a private message you're more than welcome to start a new topic for your issues with the refund and we can discuss them there as well.

I understand this is frustrating. However, we're going to be in a bit of a situation. Based on your profile it looks like you are not in the United States. Is that correct? If so then we will be unable to help with warranty service or repair as the warranty is only valid in the country where the phone was sold. I apologize, but our hands are tied when it comes to warranty/repair service outside of the country where the phone was initially sold.

Hello, We'd have to look into your case, but if you bought the phone from a greek store and are using it here in the US, it might have something to do with the warranty. I'm unsure.  Please send @MotoBecky  a private message and she can help look into why they went the refund route for your case.
